Friends,
I recently joined the governor at a press conference regarding the state's response to the coronavirus outbreak.
The response to the press conference was overwhelmingly positive. The response to my urgent need for a haircut? Well, see for yourself.
[Image of tweet by David Kroman that reads "AG Bob Ferguson's hair has suddenly made me skeptical of any elected officials whose hair looks like they found a haircut somewhere. Bob showing solidarity." Beneath is a still of Bob from a press conference obviously overdue for a haircut.]
The Stranger ran with it in a press clipping I won't soon forget:
Bob Ferguson Needs a Haircut: He's a chess champ, a protector of consumer rights, and he cuts his hair at a chain chop shop in a north-end shopping center. Could not ask for a better AG.
I look forward to our local businesses reopening when it's safe. In the meantime, please support them by buying gift certificates or take out.
Finally, I thought I'd leave the decision up to you:

[Cut it myself]
[Ask my 12-year old twins to handle it]
[Let it grow and wait for the professionals]
On a serious note, I deeply appreciate Governor Inslee and his entire team for all their hard work during this challenging time.
Best,
Bob
