On Friday, Andrew Cuomo signed an Executive Order calling on the National Guard to take medical supplies from upstate hospitals and treatment centers to be distributed to New York City.

County Clerk Mickey Kearns released a video on Facebook today, calling on Kathy Hochul to remember her upstate roots and tell Andrew Cuomo to stand down his Executive Order. Kearns continued, "If we continue down this path, I would call on our local, federal officials to join me in reaching out to the President to federalize the National Guard to protect our constituents."
