Patriot,
U.S. House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) betrayed the Constitution
when he pushed the massive expansion and renewal of FISA Section
702, the warrantless mass surveillance bill, through the House
last week. . .
But the battle is not over.
In the U.S. Senate, bipartisan opposition is growing - with
senators from both sides of the aisle demanding a warrant
requirement and the end to spy agencies purchasing data they
would otherwise need a warrant to access.
If the Senate doesn't pass the identical bill the House passed
last week, the program will lapse this Friday.
Already, Deep State shills in the Senate, like Minority Leader
Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and Susan Collins (R-ME), are shrieking
that the surveillance program - with or without a warrant
requirement - will go off-line until Congress approves a bill.
In other words, if the Senate doesn't approve the House bill, it
could force them to approve a warrant amendment just to get the
foreign surveillance program back on-line.
And in the meantime, the American people would actually live
under the Constitution again, at least with respect to federal
snooping.
Call both of your U.S. Senators now at (202) 224-3121 and tell
them to OPPOSE H.R. 7888, the warrantless mass surveillance
expansion and renewal bill.
By now, they all know about this bill, so you don't need to
explain it to them. You just need to DEMAND they VOTE NO.
We're already seeing reports of bipartisan opposition in the
Senate, and opponents of the bill, including Rand Paul (R-KY) and
Ron Wyden (D-OR), are threatening to delay the bill past the
deadline unless they get time to debate and vote on amendments -
including the warrant requirement.
But it's absolutely critical every U.S. Senator knows the
American people are with Rand Paul on defending the Constitution
and not the Deep State swamp.
Without your vocal support, it's too easy for the weak-kneed
members of both parties to think the opposition to warrantless
mass surveillance isn't really that strong.
It's critical you call them at (202) 224-3121 to prove them
wrong!
This is extremely urgent, and this is a battle we can still win,
so make sure you take just one minute to call both your U.S.
Senators.
This has become an epic David and Goliath battle, and it's
critical you and I build up our forces and DOUBLE DOWN.
Right now, your liberty is on the line.
If you cannot call them, please take just 30 seconds to sign a
directive that we can deliver electronically.

we need to keep the phones ringing and petitions pouring in to
