First, I want to give you a standing ovation for supporting the Fourth Amendment and sharing our petition with your friends and family over the weekend. By Monday morning, the Speaker of the House and the House Representatives received over 8,200 emails from the CitizenGO family on their desks!

The vote last Friday was firmly against us, with opposition to our Fourth Amendment rights firmly denied 273-147. Then we bombarded Congress with emails and phone calls over the weekend! They arrived on Monday with mailboxes and voicemails full of our outrage. And the tide turned!

In heart-stopping moments, votes appeared on the board in the House, and it looked like we had the victory! One by one, adversaries turned their votes. In total, 35 Republicans and 19 Democrats courageously changed their votes to require warrant protections in the FISA bill and voted for the American people!  We witnessed a dramatic and rare event when the final vote count rested, 112-112! 

Tragically, the Speaker of the House, Mike Johson, cast the deciding vote against the Fourth Amendment and the American people!

However, our voices were heard, and votes were changed! Now we move forward and know who voted for us and who voted against us! 

We are with you, and CitizenGO will not back down in our fight to defend Family, LIfe, and FREEDOM!

The FISA Bill advances to the Senate where we are prepared to challenge the enemies of our Constitutional rights! Our voices rang through the halls of the House, and now we will focus on the Senate!
