Washington, DC - Today, Congressman Van Drew shared resources for the health industry professionals who are still being affected by the February 21st ransomware cyberattack on Change Healthcare, a subsidiary of UnitedHealth Group. To mitigate the threat, UnitedHealth Group disconnected Change Healthcare's system, affecting providers' ability to access their medical billing and insurance claims systems. In an effort to support the providers affected by this disruption, UnitedHealth Group has launched funding relief programs, and so far, they have provided over $5 billion to those in need.
