John –
More than 100,000 Palestinian civilians have been either killed or injured due to Israeli military operations. Every day this number continues to rise. Almost the entire population of Gaza is now in need of humanitarian assistance, with the vast majority lacking access to adequate food, clean water and health care services. Children are dying of starvation.
With the safety and lives of civilians hanging in the balance, will you join me in taking action today? >>

We once again reiterate our call for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza to prevent further human suffering and to de-escalate tensions in the region.
This is an entirely man-made and preventable crisis. There is no excuse. A ceasefire must be implemented immediately, and Israel must end its arbitrary denial of food, water, fuel and essential medicines. All parties must allow and facilitate rapid and unimpeded passage of humanitarian relief from all possible land routes and entry points and within Gaza.
I hope you'll take a few minutes today to contact your members of congress to urge them to call for an immediate and sustained ceasefire. >>

John, with your action and support, the IRC is continuing to provide emergency life-saving medical care, including direct medical care at hospitals and the distribution of medical supplies and pharmaceuticals.
An immediate and sustained ceasefire would protect Palestinians from further harm, enable the release of all hostages, allow essential assistance to be provided to people across the whole of Gaza and ensure protection of civilians under International Humanitarian Law.
John, our calls cannot stop until a ceasefire is achieved. I hope you'll join me in doing just that today. >>

P.S. If you have already taken action, thank you. Can you consider sharing this powerful video? ([link removed]) In it, Dr. Khaled Al-Madhoon, who is a part of our Emergency Medical Teams and an anesthesia doctor for the Gaza European Hospital, shared: “Our message to the world is that the people are exhausted by bombing, famine, lack of resources...”
