The ANTI-democratic party has been working overtime to keep the Green Party off the ballot around the country. Their efforts would result in disenfranchising millions of voters. A record 63% of voters say they want more choices outside the failed two-party system (Gallup polling, 9/2023), and Jill’s pro-worker, anti-genocide, climate emergency campaign is that choice. 

One especially egregious example of these state ballot access restrictions was forced through by disgraced former New York governor Andrew Cuomo. As Jill said today while launching her ballot drive in Albany: “New York has the most restrictive ballot access requirements in the country for third party and independent candidates because Cuomo tripled the signature requirement to prevent exactly what voters are now demanding: more choices on the ballot.”



The Democrats constantly claim to be ‘fighting for democracy’, yet shortly after they took control of New York state government they passed one of the harshest anti-democracy laws in the world. Jill is not going to back down, and our campaign is taking the fight head on. Which is why we are launching a NY ballot access drive today, demanding multiparty democracy to replace the tyranny of two parties serving Wall Street and the war machine.

Friend, Jill is the front-runner for the Green Party’s presidential nomination, and our campaign is heading for 21 existing ballot lines and is actively petitioning in another 25 states, with ballot drives in the remaining states to begin in May. As such, we are on track to be the only pro-worker, anti-genocide, climate emergency choice for voters across the nation, at a time when the demand for such a campaign is surging.
