I hope this note finds you and your family well during these challenging times.
I’m writing to you today because we could get a decision in one of our U.S. Supreme Court cases very soon.
Despite postponing upcoming oral arguments due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), the U.S. Supreme Court continues to hand down decisions in previously argued cases. One of those cases is R.G. & G.R. Harris Funeral Homes v. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
I had the privilege of arguing the Harris case last October on behalf of ADF client Tom Rost. The outcome could have huge implications for women and girls—and all people of faith.
Will you please keep Tom, his case, and the Justices in your prayers?
