Hi, John!
I’m Tatiana, When We All Vote’s Communications and Content Associate, and my journey to this work began when I was nine years old. On November 4, 2008, my mom decided I wasn't attending school that day. I stayed home to watch election coverage with her from morning until the announcement that Barack Obama was becoming the first Black president of the United States. From that moment, I understood the profound significance of democracy and how the collective effort of every voter can shape the course of history.
