Hi John, it’s Josh Stein, Democratic candidate for governor in North Carolina.

If you’re ready to hit the ground running, win this toss-up race, and help with races across the country, then please, rush $3 before our mid-month deadline at midnight and have your donation split between my campaign and the Democratic Governors Association. But if you want to hear more about the stakes of this election and the path we’re forging to hold this critical office for Democrats, then please read on.

RUSH $3
John(Folks), this campaign couldn’t be higher stakes:

🔵 Pundits are already calling this the most important and most expensive gubernatorial race of 2024.

🔵 Polls are within the margin of error – and the latest ones show us in a dead heat.

🔵 And Donald Trump and national Republican groups have lined up to support my opponent Mark Robinson’s extremist campaign — Trump is even coming back to North Carolina this weekend.

We know this race will be close – statewide races in North Carolina always are – and every single vote will be crucial. Republicans’ path to retaking the White House runs right through North Carolina – so we know they’ll pour millions in far-right money into our state.

Mark Robinson is by far the most extreme candidate we’ve seen in modern North Carolina history. He poses a direct threat to North Carolina’s future – and the future of the country. He has a track record of supporting dangerous policies and peddling conspiracy theories. He’s denied climate change, said Joe Biden “stole” the 2020 election, and even cast doubt on the Holocaust.

While I want a North Carolina that is rooted in freedom, justice, and opportunity for everyone, Mark Robinson wants to bring the GOP’s divisive agenda to North Carolina.

But I never back down from a fight.

I’ve spent the last seven years as North Carolina’s Attorney General taking on the big fights – and winning. Now, I’m running for Governor because we’re at a crossroads: We can either cave to extremism or come together to build a better future for North Carolina.

I’m all in, but I need you with me, John. Despite how wrong Robinson is for our state, he and I are locked in a dead-heat race. I need your help so we’re ready to fight back, John.

Will you join the fight and donate $3 – or more – to be split between my campaign and the Democratic Governors Association before tonight’s 11:59 p.m. mid-month deadline? Defeating Mark Robinson and far-right extremists across the country won’t be easy, but I know with your help, we have a path to victory.

If you've saved payment information with ActBlue Express, your split donation between DGA and Josh Stein will go through immediately.

Let’s do this,

Josh Stein

As North Carolina’s Attorney General since 2017, Josh Stein has fought for what’s right and worked to fix what’s wrong. Always putting the people first, Josh has consistently taken on powerful special interests to protect families and won. From building safer communities and holding powerful special interest groups accountable to clearing the backlog of rape kits to deliver justice for survivors, he has and always will work towards building a safer and stronger North Carolina.

Josh believes that North Carolina’s progress must be rooted in our shared values of freedom, fairness, and opportunity for everyone. That means fighting extremism at all levels of government and holding bad actors accountable.

Will you answer Josh Stein’s call to action?
