The Modes of Exchange workshop is an introductory workshop for an innovative political economy framework that can help you and your organization better understand the patterns, structures, and dynamics of global history. Inspired by the work of Japanese philosopher Kojin Karatani, the Modes of Exchange framework offers a radical re-interpretation of history from the point of view of modes of exchange, or the dominant ways in which humans have interacted with each other and between communities throughout human history. In order to understand our current underlying social, political, and economic historical formation, we must first understand the structure of history, and we believe this framework is key towards fulfilling that purpose.

If you have ever felt the need for yourself or your organization to deeply understand the current political, social, and economic foundations of our current system, as well as its weaknesses, this workshop is for you! Join us tomorrow.

In reciprocity,

The Ayni Team

P.S. - If you haven't already heard, we are hosting a big celebration to inaugurate our new training center and celebrate our 11 year Ayniversary! If you would like to join us for this celebration in Revere, MA, on Friday, June 21st, 2024 at 6 PM, you can RSVP here ([link removed] ) . Hope to see you there!
