Dear John,

Amid national book bans and limitations on diversity, equity, and inclusion education, we must continue to engage in conversations about racial equity and social justice.

At Race Forward, we recognize that achieving racial equity isn't merely a destination but an ongoing journey that demands continual education, dialogue, and action. Our Racial Equity Training Series is thoughtfully crafted to empower individuals and organizations with the tools, knowledge, and skills necessary to foster inclusive environments and drive meaningful change.

Our training offerings support participants in:

  • 🔍 Understanding Systemic Racism: Uncover the nuances of structural racism and its profound influence on our day-to-day lives.
  • 🤝 Implementing Equitable Choice Points: Discover actionable steps to become effective allies and advocates for racial justice.
  • đź’¬ Normalizing Conversations about Race: Delve into our history, the interconnectedness of social identities, and their impact on our lived experiences.
  • 🔧 Building Capacity to Facilitate: Gain insights into design and facilitation practices that create generative spaces for discussing issues of racism in our lives, communities, workplaces, and institutions.

Whether you're an individual dedicated to personal growth or an organization committed to driving positive societal change, our training sessions provide invaluable insights and practical steps toward building a more equitable world.
