Our mid-month deadline is tonight, and we’re so close to our goal of $1,427. That’s not just some random number – that’s where our actual fundraising projections say we need to be if we want a chance at beating Iowa Republicans up and down the ballot this November.

Like you, I don’t like how much money it takes to run strong campaigns nowadays – and I know that you are probably sick of being asked for it by every political organization under the sun. But let me tell you why it’s so important that we keep up our momentum and meet our mid-month goal.

First, as I mentioned earlier, this is the actual mid-month projection that we need to meet. As long as we meet these goals each month, we’ll be able to support all the infrastructure we need to provide our campaigns with the resources, technology, and support they need to win big this November.

Second, meeting this goal helps us try and stay ahead of Iowa Republicans – who we’re currently outworking, outrecruiting, and outraising.

These numbers are a benchmark for us to see how we compare with our competition – and right now, even though they have near-complete control of Iowa’s state government, we’re beating them in three of the most important ways.
