Last week, the Arizona Supreme Court upheld an 1864 law that effectively blocks all access to abortion in the state.
We are horrified at this draconian decision, and this is just another example of why we need more Democratic pro-choice women fighting for reproductive freedom in Arizona and nationwide.
That's why we're partnering with the Arizona Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee (ADLCC) to support our EMILYs List-endorsed state legislative candidates who are critical to flipping the Arizona legislature in November.

This state Supreme Court decision sets Arizona up as the 15th state to completely ban abortion since Roe v. Wade was overturned almost two years ago. We know this is wildly out of step with what Arizonans want, and it's critical that we elect pro-choice champions who will fight hard to stop this ban in its tracks.
