Disgraced former President Donald Trump and House Speaker Mike Johnson just held a joint press conference to spread election misinformation and stoke distrust in our democracy.

Let us make this perfectly clear:

-- Donald Trump LOST the 2020 election.

-- Mike Johnson was the architect of House Republican efforts to OVERTURN the election and wipe out our constitutional democracy.

-- Now, Trump and Johnson are sowing distrust in elections AGAIN to set the stage for future treacherous attacks on democracy.

President Biden and our House Democrats have worked tirelessly to restore integrity in Washington and protect our institutions from MAGA extremism. But Trump, Johnson, and their MAGA sycophants are organizing to undo progress and deliver a final, devastating attack on our democracy. We cannot let them succeed. If we had maintained control of the House in 2022, we could've passed sweeping legislation to make elections even more fair, free, secure, and accessible.
