There may be a lot in Trump’s financial information. But because of the Supreme Court, we have no idea what

Question just for you

Do you want to see Trump's Tax Returns?

YES
NO

Team,

We’ve been trying to get access to Trump’s financial records, including his tax returns, for a while now.

But there’s one major power stopping us from accessing these important documents: The Supreme Court.

Lower federal courts have already ruled that Trump’s financial documents should be turned over to prosecutors and investigators, but John Roberts and his team of loyal foot soldiers have done everything possible to block access to this critical information. They have stepped in, slow-walked the cases, and now won’t reschedule the oral arguments they were finally supposed to hear earlier this week. But while many of us have found ways to work remotely, the Supreme Court has not budged –– they haven’t announced if they’ll be rescheduling these cases or livestreaming arguments. They need to tell us what their plan is for hearing these cases this term so investigators can access Trump’s financial records. Until they do, the corrupt court is siding with the corrupt president instead of the rule of law.

Trump’s tax returns could tell us about his foreign entanglements, how he’s personally profiting off the presidency, if he’s lied about his business dealings, or potential criminal behavior. Yet thanks to the Supreme Court, we still have no idea what Trump’s hiding.

As we hear nothing but crickets from the country’s highest court, we want to hear your thoughts:

Do you want to see Trump’s tax returns?

YES
NO

Looking forward to seeing what you think.

Thanks so much,

Demand Justice

PS: The Supreme Court may not have a plan regarding how to be productive from home, but we do: Our team is hard at work planning roundtables, actions, and opportunities for our people-powered movement to demand transparency on Trump’s tax returns and hold the Court accountable –– all while social distancing. Stay tuned for more!
