The Golden-winged Warbler has suffered one of the steepest population declines of any songbird, losing
two-thirds of their populations in the last 50 years. And sadly, they are not alone: More than half of U.S. bird species are in decline, and of those, 70 species are identified as at a “Tipping Point”—birds that have lost 50% or more of their populations in the past 50 years and are on track to lose another half or more in the coming decades unless we take urgent conservation action.
Yet where there’s action, there’s hope—and we act on behalf of birds. As we look towards Earth Day next week, there’s no better moment to join us with a gift to sustain this work. Please give birds the protection they deserve—protection that doesn’t waver—with an annual gift today, while your first gift matched will be matched 2X, up to $75,000.
