You may not believe this, but we just reviewed our fundraising from last month, and 47% of our donations came in just the last four days.

We knew heading into the final few days of March that our fundraising had taken a dip, and we were worried about hitting our goals. Thankfully our grassroots supporters came through at the end and helped us get there. But we can’t keep up this trend.

Fundraising is down again at the beginning of this month.

Luckily, we still have a full two weeks to break that trend. We know that most fundraising programs rely on deadlines to create urgency, but our work is too important to play those games.

With the election around the corner, our budget is 32% higher than last year.

This year, we need to expand our volunteer base, obtain more technology for things like phone banking, and host more voter registration drives and in-person activations. To do all of this, we need to know our most reliable supporters have already stepped up. That’s why we’re asking for your help to avoid another deadline crunch this month.
