Our campaign is facing an unofficial but important mid-month fundraising deadline today. You’re probably wondering: “what’s an unofficial deadline?!”, and that’s okay!

We’re going to be honest — our mid-month fundraising deadlines aren’t official. We don’t have to report our fundraising numbers to the FEC yet. But they are internal benchmarks we set for ourselves to evaluate whether we’re on track to reach our monthly and quarterly fundraising targets. Like we’ve written previously, ensuring our fundraising is consistent is vital to raising the resources we need to re-elect Pat.

This particular deadline is especially important. MAGA Republicans like Elise Stefanik and MAGA Speaker of the House Mike Johnson are formulating plans to pour an enormous sum of money into the Hudson Valley to attack Pat as we speak.

Stefanik’s political operation raised over $7 million during the first three months of this Election Year. A super PAC aligned with Johnson added Pat’s opponent, Alison Esposito to their targeted “Trailblazers” program and launched a five-figure digital ad blitz for Esposito.

And we didn’t even mention the $100 million that Elise Stefanik has already secured from MAGA dark-money donors to spend in New York.

This grassroots team funds the majority of our campaign’s work, and we’re relying on you to help us stay on track to meet our internal fundraising metrics so we can have the resources we need to defend Pat’s seat.
