State of the Map Update from Senate Democratic Campaign Chair, Sen. Gary Peters

[link removed]

Friend, here's where things stand: Our razor-thin Senate majority is on the line. We're defending twice as many seats as Republicans this year, and we can't afford to lose a single one.

Can I have just a minute to explain why your gift today is so important? (If you already know the stakes, chip in $5 before my mid-month deadline to fight back against GOP attacks and defend the Senate.)

Right now, my incredible colleagues, like Sherrod Brown and Jon Tester, are locked in critical races that will decide who holds the Senate majority. With everything that we care about on the line, we can't let them down.

In Ohio, experts are calling my friend Sen. Sherrod Brown one of the most targeted senators in the entire country: Recent polling shows that his campaign is losing ground against their Trump-backed opponent just as Mitch McConnell-backed super PACs have made their largest ad reservation in any state ever to flip Ohio red.

Meanwhile, in Montana, Mitch McConnell has personally named Sen. Jon Tester a top target for defeat. Now, far-right megadonors have pledged a massive $65 million to attack his record and undermine support for his campaign.

But there's some good news too: Colin Allred is officially our Democratic nominee in Texas, and polls show that he's tied with Sen. Ted Cruz (one of the most targeted senators in the country)! And with Ruben Gallego officially headed to a one-on-one race with Kari Lake, our chances in Arizona are looking just as promising.

Friend, 2020 and 2022 have shown that Democrats can win – but only with strong, consistent grassroots support to help us fight back. And right now, we're letting the GOP's megadonors outraise us.

We need a HUGE surge in grassroots support if we want any chance of saving our Senate majority this fall. So, as chair of the DSCC, I'm directly asking you: Please, friend, will you chip in right now to help us hit our mid-month goal and keep the Senate blue?
