I hope this message finds you well. As your Thirteenth Congressional District Representative, I want to share some important updates with you from the past month:

Congressman David Scott Secures $13,672,044 for GA-13!!!

In March, I announced that I secured $13,672,044 in community project funding. That money goes right to our district for things like housing, water infrastructure, parks, roads and bridges. I am proud of what we were able to accomplish and look forward to fighting for more!

Fighting for the Affordable Connectivity Program

Last month, I sent a letter to leadership here in Congress to reauthorize the Affordable Connectivity Project. This program cuts costs for citizens on fixed incomes so they can have access to affordable internet. This program is vital and I will do everything to ensure it stays funded for the residents of GA-13. Read the full letter HERE

Congressman David Scot Demands Answers about Mail Delays

As your Congressman, I joined a letter led by Rep. Nikema Williams addressed to Post Master General Louis DeJoy demanding answers about wide spread mail delays in the Metro-Atlanta Area. As we approach Tax day and Election day a functioning mail system is crucial. I will continue to demand answers from USPS and the Post Master General.

Congressman David Scott hold Tax Tele-Town Hall

I held a Tele-town hall about taxes last month. I assembled representatives from the IRS and the Georgia Dept. of Revenue to answer your questions about Tax Season.
