When the conservative Supreme Court decided to repeal Roe v. Wade in 2022, its results were immediate. Extreme anti-abortion Republican legislators jumped into action, banning and restricting reproductive rights in 21 states.

Things have only gotten worse. In Florida, the state Supreme Court just affirmed a 15-week abortion ban, and its governor went even further, passing a 6-week abortion ban — leaving Florida's Planned Parenthood clinic and its many patients in crisis.

Now, the U.S. Supreme Court is planning to rule on medication abortion access, as states across the country, like Nevada, Nebraska, Montana, Missouri, and even here in Colorado, are collecting signatures to put the right to safe, accessible abortion access on the ballot. These actions prove that electing a pro-choice majority in Congress is what Americans want.

I have spent my career fighting to protect reproductive freedoms and ensure everyone has the right to make their own medical decisions. This election has never been more important, and I'm ready to continue fighting. But I need to know you're by my side.

Johh, Americans across the country are fighting to enshrine reproductive rights and elect a new pro-choice majority in November, but it's going to take resources we don't currently have to succeed.
