This year, taxpayers in 12 states (sadly, not Pennsylvania) got to
pilot a new program called IRS Direct File. Hopefully, it will be
available to you next year!

IRS Direct File is the IRS' new FREE alternative to expensive programs
like TurboTax. It is the fruition of an idea Elizabeth Warren has long
fought for – that people shouldn't have to pay a fortune to manipulative
corporations to file your taxes.

She’s so thrilled, she teamed up with comedian Hasan Minhaj to make a
video promoting IRS Direct File.

against a crypto billionaire.

Thanks to investments in the IRS that Elizabeth Warren and the PCCC fought
for in the 2022 Inflation Reduction Act, the IRS has launched this pilot
program that allows taxpayers in 12 states to easily file their taxes
online FOR FREE.

IRS Direct File doesn’t constantly badger taxpayers with deceptive,
misleading attempts to trick them into paying more. It doesn’t surprise
people with big fees to file their taxes right at the end after they’ve
already entered all their data.

It just makes the process quick, easy, and (in case you missed it) FREE.

Because of investments like this, and pushes from progressive leaders like
Elizabeth Warren to implement IRS Direct File, the Biden administration
and Congressional Democrats are lowering costs for Americans and
streamlining government.

With luck, IRS Direct File will be available to you soon.

chipping in to her reelection campaign against a crypto billionaire.

Thanks for being a bold progressive.
