Statement from Congressman Al Green on Iran’s Attacks against the State of Israel

(Houston, TX) — On Monday, April 15, 2024, Congressman Al Green released the following statement:

“The Iranian government’s launching of hundreds of lethal drones and missiles targeting Israel was an egregious overreach that unnecessarily threatens peace in the region as well as the world. This level of aggression cannot be condoned. I condemn this dangerous overreaction and thank President Biden for his continued efforts to de-escalate and achieve peace.”
