Starting now: 2X match to give birds the protection they deserve ahead of Earth Day ([link removed])

The Golden-winged Warbler has suffered one of the steepest population declines of any songbird, losing two-thirds of their populations in the last 50 years. And sadly, they are not alone: More than half of U.S. bird species are in decline, and of those, 70 species are identified as at a “Tipping Point”—birds that have lost 50% or more of their populations in the past 50 years and are on track to lose another half or more in the coming decades unless we take urgent conservation action.

Yet where there’s action, there’s hope—and we act on behalf of birds. As we look towards Earth Day next week, there’s no better moment to join us with a gift to sustain this work. Please give birds the protection they deserve—protection that doesn’t waver—with an annual gift today, while your first gift matched will be matched 2X, up to $75,000. ([link removed])

With more than a century of expertise under our wing and dedicated friends like you by our side, we can create a safer future for birds and people. And truth be told, we already are. Together, we’re restoring and improving the resilience of important landscapes, successfully advocating for climate legislation at the state and federal level, transforming communities into places where birds flourish, and securing space, clean air, and clean water that birds and people need to live and thrive.

The birds you cherish are at risk

70+ species of birds have lost half of their populations in the past 50 years.

But we can do more—and we must—while we can still make a difference. So please, celebrate Earth Day early with Audubon today. Start your annual donation while your first gift will be matched, up to $75,000. ([link removed])
