John, it's Dick.

Whenever I'm able to, I try to visit small businesses – just like the barber shop above. The conversations are always great, and there's no beating around the bush or political jargon.

Seeing this pop up in my photos reminded me: control of the Senate will come down to a hair.

Let me tell you more about this if you have a moment. If not, I completely understand. Before you X out of my email, all I ask is that you chip in $10 to help Democrats hold the Senate. [[link removed]]

I'm not just cracking jokes! Democrats have a razor-thin 51-49 majority and if we ignore that, we're putting ourselves at serious risk of giving it up to Trump's cronies.

But, here's the other option (the one I hope you'll get on board with): Democrats beat expectations – like we've done in the past – and we expand our Senate majority. It's possible, John, I've seen it happen.

The only way that's doable is if you join me by chipping in any amount to help elect as many Democrats to the Senate as possible. We've set a mid-month goal of raising $15,000 before tomorrow at midnight, so your support couldn't be more urgent. [[link removed]]
