We have no time to waste. In just eight days, Democrats in Virginia will
head to the polls to cast their votes in their statewide elections. Just
five weeks later, we'll have a chance to turn a Republican U.S. Senate
seat blue in the Alabama special election by electing Doug Jones. And
then 2018 is right around the corner, when it's all hands on deck to take
back Congress.

That's why we need your help, Samuel:

It's been nearly a year since Donald Trump was elected president. In
that time, his administration and congressional Republicans have
been doing everything they can to sabotage our health care system,
undermine environmental protections put in place by President Obama,
and hand out tax cuts to millionaires and corporations.

But with every step they've taken to try to undermine our progress, you
and millions of other grassroots supporters have made your voices
heard -- marching in the streets, calling your representatives, and
organizing to make sure Republicans feel real pressure.

I can tell you first hand that it's working. Now we just have to keep it up
and make Trump and Republicans pay at the ballot box by electing Democrats
running for office all across the country.

I'm asking for your help to make sure we have the support and resources
we need to make it happen.
