Earlier today I - as a part of a coalition of 18 state attorneys general -- filed an amicus brief in federal court in Texas. Our purpose is to keep Texas -- and all states -- from cutting off abortion access entirely during the COVID-19 crisis.

Barring such access isn't just counterproductive to public health. It's unconstitutional.

We took action immediately in this case to support Planned Parenthood, the Center for Reproductive Rights, and the Lawyering Project. They're the plaintiffs challenging Texas' denial of these basic freedoms.

I will never stop fighting for reproductive justice. Stand with me if you agree. Because there is no justification for denying anyone access to reproductive health care - anywhere!
