** Never Was I Prouder to Be a Zionist!

I have never in my life, been prouder to be in Israel, and to have Israeli children willing to put their lives on their line and to serve the Israeli Defense Forces. Last night, the Islamic Republic of Iran fired an egregious barrage of over 300 ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and UAVs into Israel. A full 99 percent of these were eliminated by the iron dome. We remain grateful for the collaboration between the government of the United States and the state of Israel in this effort.

This was an important victory for the state of Israel, and it seems to have restored its deterrence against Tehran. Iran was humiliated last night. However, we do not know what is in store for us in the coming months. The IDF calls 2024 “the year of the war” because they have a very realistic expectation of what Israelis are up against. It will be a long, hard slog; and many in the West seem to lack patience for this assault on Israel’s very existence.

The Islamic Republic of Iran and its many terror proxies believe as part of their theology that Israel must be eliminated. This is not a war that Israel can complete within a few days, weeks, or months. We all must brace ourselves for a long onslaught and be prepared with comprehensible and cogent answers to Israel’s many critics.

The horrific assault on Israel last night was not simply because on April 1st Israel launched a fatal attack on the Al Quds force strategic commander Mohammad Zahedi in the IRGC headquarters in Damascus. We know that the Islamic Republic of Iran wants to initiate yet another long, gruesome chapter of this war. Up until this point, they have just utilized their proxies of Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Houthis. But last night, the mullahs in Tehran got their noses bloodied.

However, we are also concerned that President Biden told Prime Minister Netanyahu that he won't support any offensive measures against the source of all of the instability within the Middle East, the Islamic Republic of Iran. ([link removed])

Unfortunately, this might prove to only prolong the war.

We are well aware that Iranian-backed Hezbollah has an arsenal of 150,000 missiles, some of which have been converted into precision-guided munitions that can be aimed directly at critical points of Israel’s military, economic, and strategic infrastructures. We are well aware that Israel has been much too dependent on the United States for its munitions and that there are voices within far too many voices within the democratic party who want to limit the capabilities of Israel to be able to defend itself against these existential onslaughts.

We are also well aware of Tehran’s alliance with Beijing and Moscow; that many of our friends no longer feel that they can rely on the United States, and our enemies no longer fear us.

It is the state of Israel, and Israel alone, that is holding down the fort on the front lines of democracy against a world where there are simply no human rights; a world of Sharia law where women can be murdered in honor killings, where gays are hanged and where dissidents are tortured.
