Our first public fundraising reports of 2024 are officially due to the FEC tomorrow. After that, everyone from our opponent to his dark money allies will be able to see how much our campaign raised over the first three months of this election year.

Here’s why that concerns me as Tammy’s Finance Director: These reports will help our opposition determine their strategy for the next three months.

Eric Hovde could continue to self-fund millions of his own personal fortune to expand his cash advantage over our campaign.

Outside groups and Republican super PACs could swoop in to spend more attacking Tammy if they think our campaign isn’t prepared to mount a response.

The short of it is, we need to be ready for anything after these reports become public. I know Tammy’s least favorite part of the job is asking you for your hard-earned dollars, so I thought I’d reach out to you myself today since the stakes are so high.

Before tomorrow’s mid-month fundraising deadline, will you chip in toward Tammy’s reelection campaign to help us fight back against our Republican opponent and keep Wisconsin’s Senate seat blue?
