Folks,

Another competitive election is happening in Alabama.

With the newly drawn congressional maps, AL-02 was regarded as one of the few safe blue seats, but Republicans are going on the offense, and here’s why:

AL-02 PRIMARY RESULTS
Democrat: 57,129 total votes
Republican: 56,970 total votes

As you can see, Republicans were extremely close to Democrats in total votes, meaning that if this past primary were a general election, Democrats would have won by a razor-thin margin.

Those odds are simply too close to not pay more attention to AL-02, folks.

As election season heats up, our partners on the ground are organizing to make sure everyone knows about competitive districts like Alabama’s 2nd congressional district. Can you help fuel this work by pitching in $10 or more today?
