Our Revolution has teamed up with Progressive Democrats of America and the
State Democratic Party Network to launch a comprehensive 2024 Progressive
Power Platform to push at the Democratic Convention in Chicago in August.

We are organizing delegates to advocate that the DNC include in the party
platform progressive priorities like filibuster reform, taxing
billionaires, campaign finance reform — and, of course, a ceasefire and
conditioning aid to Israel.

“We’re gearing up for a fight and drawing a line in the sand,” Our
Revolution Executive Director Joseph Geevarghese told [ [link removed] ]NBC News. “It’s
in the re-election campaign’s interest to minimize disruption and
protests, and the only way to do that is meaningful policy shifts.”

At this point, more than 600,000 protest votes for Peace have been cast in
the Democratic primaries — including critical swing states like MI WI MN
and NC -- sending a warning to President Biden that he must realign his
foreign policy with the values of the base if he hopes to defeat Trump.

“Despite President Biden’s slim margin of victory in 2020, his recent
policy decisions, including the approval of weapon sales to Israel, have
not aligned with his stated commitments, causing concern among our
voters,” Joseph told [ [link removed] ]Newsweek.

Bernie also shared with MSNBC that he’s worried about how Biden will fare
in the presidential election in November. “The polling is very clear: The
Democratic base wants to stop funding Netanyahu’s war machine,” he said.

“I think some people will sit out the election because of their moral
revulsion to what's happening abroad,” Joseph told [ [link removed] ]ABC News this week.
But, he noted, Biden may be able to win back some voters if he listens to
progressives and changes course and pursues Peace for Gaza.

Uncommitted coalition launch in Annapolis last week encouraging pro-Peace
voters to use their ballot to pressure President Biden to change course
and call for an immediate and permanent ceasefire in Gaza.

“Progressive Democrats in Maryland will not stand by idly as the White
House uses American taxpayer dollars to fund Netanyahu’s horrific bombing

Our Revolution will be mobilizing our 137,000 members in Maryland by
phone, text, and email, encouraging them to vote “uncommitted” in the
Democratic presidential primary on May 14th.

Our movement worked hard to elect the largest Congressional Progressive
Caucus in history. Now, we must defend these seats against rightwing
lobbyists like AIPAC, set to spend $100 million trying to unseat some of
our strongest voices for Peace in Congress.

That’s why Our Revolution is proud to re-endorse US Reps. Pramila Jayapal
(WA-7), Rashida Tlaib (MI-12), Delia Ramirez (IL-3), Ayanna Pressley
(MA-7), Jamaal Bowman (NY-16), Summer Lee (PA-12), Ilhan Omar (MN-05), and
Cori Bush (MO-1) in 2024!

Holding these seats will be critical to our inside-outside strategy for
change. These progressive leaders have been champions, not only for Peace
in Gaza, but for climate, housing, immigration, racial justice and more.

Our Revolution is excited to announce our official endorsement of CA State
Senator Dave Min for Congress in California’s 47th District.

In the State Senate, Dave focused on gun violence prevention, economic
development and innovation, and investing in public education.

As Chair of the Senate Natural Resources and Water Committee, he has
worked to protect California’s public lands and coastline, regulate oil
and gas, and preserve biodiversity.

A son of Korean immigrants and the only Korean American in the
Legislature, Senator Min serves as Vice Chair of the California Asian and
Pacific Islander (API) Legislative Caucus which has been instrumental in
the passage of the historic AAPI Equity Budget.

Our Revolution is proud to stand with Raquel Terán for U.S. Congress in
Arizona’s 3rd District.

As State Senator, and in the State House, Raquel has been a voice for
working families, immigrant rights, and good jobs. She supports Medicare
for All and has a record of tackling climate change.

Raquel is running for the open seat vacated by Ruben Gallego for his U.S.
Senate run against Trump ally Kari Lake to replace Kyrsten Sinema. This is
a deep blue district open for a true progressive to win, and Raquel Terán
has emerged as a front runner.

“I’ve spent my career organizing in our community for higher wages, health
care for our families, and better schools. I’ve taken on far-right
extremist bullies and won. Now, I’m running to represent our community in
Congress,” said Sen. Terán.

Our Revolution is all-in to elect Sarah McBride to the U.S. Congress seat
in Delaware.

McBride has already made significant strides in the Delaware State Senate
to advance LGBTQ+ rights, affordable child care, the cost of living,
abortion rights, gun safety, and health care access.

McBride became the first transgender state senator in U.S. history in
2020. With her campaign for Congress, she aims to make history once again
as the first openly transgender member of Congress.

Sarah is running for the open seat vacated by Lisa Rochester for her U.S.
Senate run. This is a blue district open for a true progressive to win,
and Sarah McBride has emerged as a front runner and is leading in the
polls!
