Hello John,
Russ Duerstine here with an encouraging update from Concerned Veterans for America.
I recently talked with Congressman Mike Bost, the Chairman of the House Committee on Veterans Affairs.

Chairman Bost and I recorded our discussion on crucial issues affecting veterans, including the challenges so many face navigating the bureaucratic VA health care system. I’m excited to share that conversation with you today.
During our conversation, Chairman Bost highlights the need for greater accountability at the VA. We discussed recent allegations of sexual misconduct in a VA office responsible for combatting it, the diversion of VA administrative resources to book care for unauthorized migrants, and why robust VA oversight is vital for ensuring quality care for our veterans.
We also talk about the Restore VA Accountability Act, which aims to address these issues head-on by restoring VA authority to hold poorly-performing employees accountable.
If you're a veteran, a family member, or just someone who cares about veterans' issues, I think you'll find this conversation timely and eye-opening. Together, we have real opportunities to affect change and improve veterans’ lives.
You can check out the conversation on YouTube.
Thanks for taking the time to watch, and I hope you enjoy the discussion as much as I did.
In Service,
