We all remember when the Obama Department of Injustice spied on the Trump campaign in 2016. They used authorities under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act or FISA.
This week I worked with patriots like Andy Biggs (AZ), Matt Gaetz (FL), Scott Perry (PA), and Chip Roy (TX) to reform FISA and protect President Trump by putting an end to the ability of the Swamp to keep spying on Americans without a warrant using FISA.
Sadly, the vote to add a constitutional warrant requirement to FISA was defeated by a deadlocked 212 to 212 vote. (You need a majority to pass an amendment.)
What happened? Swamp Republicans teamed up with the Biden Administration to DEFEAT the warrant requirement.
What Republicans would vote to give the Biden "Justice Department" the ability to spy on President Trump as well as you and me?
86 House Republicans did just that, INCLUDING FIVE who recently hosted a fundraiser for my opponent.

Any one of these five could have voted to protect your constitutional liberties and changed the outcome of the vote. But they each cast the deciding vote for Joe Biden and the Swamp.
