Earlier this week, the GOP-appointed Supreme Court in Arizona reinstated a
160-year-old near-total ban on abortion.^1 This effort, supported by MAGA
Republicans in the state Legislature, is just the latest in a series of
escalating attacks by the right on our reproductive rights and freedoms.

This fall, voters in battleground states like Arizona, and all across the
country, will face a choice: elect Donald Trump—who frequently brags about
his role in overturning Roe v. Wade—and MAGA Republicans, or vote for
candidates who will expand reproductive rights and protect our bodily
autonomy.

[ [link removed] ]The stakes couldn't be higher. That's why MoveOn is launching its
election program earlier than ever, with MoveOn members across the country
gathering at house parties to write postcards to voters, reminding them
that abortion rights are on the ballot this fall. Will you sign up to host
a house party in your community next month?

With Republicans feeling more and more empowered to take away our rights,
it's going to require every voter in the Democratic coalition to turn out
this fall. MoveOn's election team has identified the universe of voters
most at risk of sitting out this election—and those are the voters who
MoveOn members across the country will be contacting, starting at house
parties the first weekend of May.

Abortion is on the ballot this November, and it's critical that every
voter, especially those who might otherwise stay home, know what's at
stake in this election.

Hosting a house party is easy and impactful. Whether you gather at your
home, a local coffee shop, or another venue, you can bring together a

We'll provide you with everything you need to make your event successful,
including help recruiting other local MoveOn members to your event. But
even if you can gather just a few friends on your own, a handful of people
writing postcards to voters can make a big impact!
