Well, the REAL solution is to close the border and stop the invasion.
What what about the cartels?
Here's what they are doing: They are occupying peoples' homes, using them as staging points for drug and human smuggling,
The squatter problem is a major one related to the border invasion and the cartels. And that's why we HAD to act.
So I authored a bill to allow homeowners to request law enforcement help to remove squatters without having to go to court. We are working to pass it with broad support- because the people of Arizona need help against the cartels!
These people are vicious, violent invaders. They are NOT "peaceful refugees". They need to be treated as invaders- people who invaded our country and are taking over the homes of our citizens to use them for further illegal activities on our soil.
This is a good solution and will help push back on the power of the cartels to terrorize Arizonans.
