The Arizona Supreme Court just reinstated a Civil War-era abortion ban with no exceptions for rape or incest.

This abortion ban goes completely against what the overwhelming majority of Arizonans support, and we need to respond immediately.

Since day one, I’ve said the decision to have a child should rest solely between a woman and her doctor, not politicians or judges.

As Governor, I’ve expanded contraception access, vetoed anti-abortion bills from the state legislature, and signed executive orders to protect women and doctors from prosecution.
