🗳 Early Voting is Open! ✅

In-person early voting for the 2024 primary elections is now open! This presents a prime opportunity for all Republicans to step up, cast their votes, and make their voices heard well in advance of the May 7 primary date. 

While the Biden administration's policies have led to hard times for Americans everywhere, Indiana has been able to keep our ourselves afloat. This is largely due to that fact that we have been fortunate enough to enjoy a Republican supermajority in the Indiana General Assembly, all statewide offices, record number of Republican mayors and about 90% of county officials are Republican. Participation in our primaries is critical as we pick the leaders for our party. This is your opportunity to make sure your voice is heard.

Make sure you beat the lines and vote early in this year's primaries. Be sure to take your friends, family, and anyone in your network who wants to help pick our Republican nominees. Find your early voting location by checking your voter portal at indianavoters.in.gov.

Governor Eric Holcomb announced SK Hynix's $3.87 Billion investment for a new semiconductor facility in West Lafayette. This new facility will bring 800 new, high-paying jobs to the area by 2030.

What he’s saying: “I’m so proud to officially welcome SK hynix to Indiana, and we’re confident this new partnership will enhance the Lafayette-West Lafayette region, Purdue University and the state of Indiana for the long term. This new semiconductor innovation and packaging plant not only reaffirms the state’s role in the hard tech sector, but is also another tremendous step forward in advancing U.S. innovation and national security, putting Hoosiers at the forefront of national and global advancements.” - Gov. Holcomb said in a press release.

What else happened this week? Gov. Holcomb attended the ribbon cutting ceremony for a new Novartis radioligand facility in Indianapolis.

In the 2024 legislative session, Governor Holcomb, Secretary of Education Dr. Katie Jenner, and Republicans in the General Assembly spearheaded transformative initiatives to enhance Hoosier education. Lt. Governor Suzanne Crouch congratulated Madison Indiana who was selected as the No.1 Small town in the USA Today.  

Secretary Diego Morales sent Connecticut Secretary Stephanie Thomas some of Indiana's famous popcorn after a friendly wager on the Purdue - UCONN national championship.

Attorney General Todd Rokita congratulated Purdue on an amazing season.

Treasurer Daniel Elliott visited Jackson County last week, reconnecting with local leaders and his roots.

Comptroller Elise Nieshalla shared valuable information about the economic impact of the eclipse in Indiana.

Senator Mike Braun commented on how much the average Hoosier Family is paying for everything following the March inflation numbers.

Senator Todd Young visited Hoosier veterans from Northwest Indiana on the Honor Flight Chicago.

Congressman Rudy Yakym commented on inflation as March price index release showed inflation continuing to hurt Hoosiers.
