This Earth Day, we are supporting our friends at Sunrise Seattle. They are hosting a climate emergency teach-in next Friday at the Federal Building downtown. Here's what they have to say:

"We're taking back Earth Day. Every year, big corporations host trash pickups, politicians make empty promises, and recycling trends on social media. This year, though, if politicians won't tell the truth about the climate crisis, we will. Join us for our teach-in and rally! Along with climate groups across the country, we're calling on President Biden to declare a Climate Emergency. We need systemic action, we need a Climate Emergency Declaration, but without your support politicians and corporations will maintain the status quo.
