Skagit County, as the lead of the HOME Consortium has published a draft of the most recent 2024 Annual HOME Action Plan which includes Amendments to Annual Action Plans 2018, 2020, 2022, and 2023. You will find a draft of the proposed plan on the HOME Consortium page. We are seeking any feedback or questions regarding the plan.
The Skagit County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 23, at 11:45 am to review the proposed 2024 Annual Action Plan and other Amendments and to receive public comment.
