On the most recent episode of Take Back Our Schools, I spoke with Alexandra Frank, who shared her story about becoming an “accidental activist” after experiencing the ideological capture of her twin daughters’ private school in Pennsylvania and their new public school in Massachusetts.
She talked about the inappropriate sexual material being taught to elementary school students, affinity groups, and the influence of radical gender theory. Frank also discussed how the focus on leftist ideology has led to the deterioration of traditional academics.
Frank grew up in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She graduated from Colgate University with a major in biochemistry and from North Carolina State College of Veterinary Medicine with her veterinary degree. Additionally, she completed a rotating internship in small animal medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. Frank has worked in various roles as a clinician in the veterinary medical field in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts. She is the mother of 11-year-old fraternal twin girls and is the creator of the website www.dsfactsandresources.com, which covers the Dover Sherborn school district in Massachusetts.
