This week, we observed Equal Pay Day, which signifies how long women in this country would have to work into the year to earn the same salary men did in 2019. Three whole months! The pay discrepancy between men and women in this country is a disgrace.

Now, during a national crisis, we’re calling on our health care workers, grocery store workers, delivery drivers and supply chain workers to hold together the fabric of society. Meanwhile, most are receiving a lesser salary simply because they're women.
