Tomorrow, the DOJ and the ATF will essentially be asking the Supreme Court to overturn our win in the case VanDerStok v. Garland.

In February of this year, the government filed a Petition for Writ of Certiorari, asking the U.S. Supreme Court to hear the case, arguing the Fifth Circuit wrongly ruled in FPC's favor.

Now it will be distributed for conference at SCOTUS.

This means that the Court can act on the DOJ’s and ATF’s request to throw out our win challenging their “frame or receiver” rule.

Friend, we can’t be any clearer. We CANNOT let them win.

And we have to be prepared to bring our fight to SCOTUS if they side with the tyrants.
