The beginning of March seems like a lifetime ago. So much has changed since then. Every aspect of our lives has been upended and we’re living our daily lives making decisions, wondering if we might accidently harm someone we know and love, or someone we’ll never meet.

The accompanying economic devastation adds another layer of fear and uncertainty. It has us questioning how we’ll continue to do the work of reaching voters and building on this progressive movement; a movement which relies on people connecting with people.

So many of you continue to lift up and sustain our campaign financially, and through words of encouragement sent directly to me. Thank you for those. Please keep them coming if you feel moved to do so, I will always treasure them.

Here’s what your support means in practical terms: we’ll be able to make ad buys, pay our small staff team, and keep our remote volunteers busy with digital outreach via phone and text banking programs.

This crisis exposes the desperate need for better leadership, and I thank you for helping our campaign continue, and for helping me get to a place where I can help all of us.
