On Tuesday, the Colorado state Republican Party, led by none other than Dave "Let's Go Brandon" Williams (who is also a candidate for Congress in District 5), put its finger on the scale for Lauren Boebert.

In a post attacking a GOP candidate for the open seat in CD4 as someone who is "boot licking fake journalists," the CO GOP also announced their endorsement for Boebert's carpetbagging quest to stay in Congress:

A tweet from the official Colorado GOP account. The state GOP endorsed a carpetbagger from another district in a crowded primary for an open seat and attacked a Republican candidate running against her. 

You can't make this stuff up. The likes of Dave Williams and Lauren Boebert will ensure that Colorado stays blue in 2024—but keeping these MAGA clowns out of Congress is one of The Colorado Turnout Project's top priorities.

Dave Williams is abusing his position as the head of the CO GOP to promote himself and do Trump's bidding, and driving a wedge in the state GOP. We can use this to our advantage and fight to win Unaffiliated and moderate voters in the upcoming special election.
