The City of Auburn is excited to announce the 2nd annual AUBURN LOBSTER FESTIVAL, presented by Emerson Toyota!

This is one of our favorite annual events. Admission is FREE and you'll enjoy 3 incredible bands, 6 food trucks & 6 local breweries right in the heart of Auburn's downtown on Saturday, May 11 from 1:00 to 6:00PM.

Our theme, "Lobsters in Paradise," will put you in an island state of mind with headliners Gary Roland and the Landsharks, THE premiere Jimmy Buffett cover band! So, plan to wear your best Hawaiian shirt & a lobster bib and let's celebrate Maine's lobster industry and get ready for summer in Maine!

The lobster bake and buoy painting contest will be back this year, along with a marine life touch tank and other interactive demonstrations. There are even special room rates at the Hilton! Visit www.auburnlobsterfestival.com for all the details.

The Auburn Lobster Festival BUOY PAINTING CONTEST is back!! Buoys are now officially available.

Have some creative fun and support a great cause! Buy a lobster buoy, decorate it, and return it to Auburn City Hall. Buoys are $25 each. All entries will be on display at the Auburn Lobster Festival on Saturday, May 11. Our contest sponsors at Dirigo Federal Credit Union will choose one winner, and a second winner will be randomly selected at the Festival! The lucky winners will split the contest proceeds with the Maine Lobstermen's Association.
