COVID-19: An Update from Stanton Healthcare Northern Ireland

As we continue to navigate these uncertain times, we would like to send you a brief and hopefully encouraging update from Stanton Healthcare Northern Ireland, who are continuing to serve abortion-vulnerable women and their children during this crisis.

Since the Stanton Centre had to close its doors in Belfast due to the crisis, be assured that our essential and life-affirming services and compassionate care have remained accessible to women and children in need. Thanks to the help of Stanton volunteers and the generosity of donors, Stanton are continuing to offer quality care during this time of crisis.

Stanton have been able to assist women in choosing life through client visits, online and phone consultations, emotional support and the provision of essential supplies such as nappies, baby clothes, maternity clothes, baby food and formula, groceries, heating and maintenance bills, and more.

People here in Northern Ireland are understandably concerned and worried about the uncertainty we are facing with the coronavirus crisis. This is especially true for pregnant women who are deeply concerned about how COVID-19 will impact their pregnancy and unborn child.

At Stanton Healthcare, we recognise these concerns and are doing everything we can to provide comfort, assurance, and support to these expecting mothers. Stanton have implemented new protocols, health and wellness guidelines for our clientele, and additional resources so every woman can find hope and be well.
