I would like to extend my heartfelt congratulations to our Congressional App Challenge winners: Emmanuel, Aiden, and Rohan! 

The Congressional App Challenge is a nationwide competition designed to fuel student creativity and encourage their involvement in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). This national event inspires high school students from across the country to compete against their contemporaries by creating their own software application on any platform they desire. 

The contest saw impressive entries from across the nation, with high school students from nearly every state working to develop and submit technological solutions to the issues they see every day.  

This team of young innovators came together to imagine a revolutionary piece of home security software, MLSentinel.  

This team of developers wanted to make a solution for low-income families to securely monitor their home and deter criminals like porch pirates. Through their talent in coding, they have done just that.  

This demonstration of these students’ intelligence, talent, and modern vision serves as an inspiration to us all. I, my team, and all of CA-39 are proud of you! We cannot wait to see how you use the skills you have developed to improve the future for all of us.
