There is a crisis unfolding and we need to mobilize quickly to respond.

This week, Arizona managed to add itself to the very top of the list of the most restrictive, anti-abortion states.

The details are horrifying.

Arizona’s ban comes with the reinstatement of an 1864 law that predates Arizona’s statehood and existed during slavery.

The 160-year-old law makes abortion a felony punishable by two to five years in prison for anyone who performs an abortion or helps a woman obtain the procedure. It is a near-total abortion ban, with no exceptions for rape or incest.

We cannot sit by and let this happen, John. We urgently need to rally behind pro-choice moms running for office to restore abortion rights.
