Bad news out of Arizona:
The Arizona Supreme Court just criminalized all abortions without exception for rape and incest. Make no mistake — there is a coordinated, national effort to rip away women’s fundamental rights everywhere.
Anyone who tells you, 'don't worry, your rights are safe in Washington,' is lying to you. Anti-choice Republican Congressman Dave Reichert voted for a nationwide abortion ban that instituted criminal penalties against doctors who perform abortions. He repeatedly voted to defund Planned Parenthood.
There is a fundamental contrast in this race. Dave Reichert won’t protect your reproductive freedom. Bob Ferguson will.
With attacks on reproductive rights escalating, Bob is the proven fighter who will continue to ensure Washingtonians have access to safe abortions.
He championed the My Health, My Data Act into law – the strongest health data privacy protections in the country.
When Donald Trump attacked contraception access, Bob took him to court and won. He also led the legal fight to block Trump’s family planning “gag rule.”
When Texas issued a nationwide ban eliminating access to mifepristone. Bob and his team took action and filed a lawsuit to successfully preserve access to mifepristone here in Washington.

Meanwhile, Dave Reichert is an anti-abortion stalwart who even voted for a nationwide abortion ban as a member of Congress.
